Parkway Cancer Centre’s 11th Anniversary Celebration

One team, one goal

11 YEARS after it opened in Singapore, Parkway Cancer Centre’s mission and primary focus remains as strong as ever: Providing holistic patient care for those battling cancer. With its non-profit cancer counselling and support, CanHOPE, it ensures that patients receive top-quality care beyond the hospital ward. Today, the PCC team includes more than 100 staff, with a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, nurses, counsellors and allied health professionals spread across clinics in hospitals – Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth and Mount Elizabeth Novena. Together, they work as a team, battling challenges and seizing opportunities to make use of the latest drugs and advances in technology, from targeted therapy and immunotherapy to cellular therapy, to give patients the best chances of recovery.

PCC turns 11: Food, fun and laughter

To celebrate Parkway Cancer Centre’s 11th anniversary, staff chose to do something a little different. Instead of the usual sit-down dinner, they decided to celebrate over food and laughter. The result: A friendly cook-off between colleagues in a team-building culinary competition at kitchen cookware store ToTT.
