Palliative Care Services

Enhancing the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer is an important part of our holistic cancer programme, and is our motivation for providing palliative care services.

To meet the physical and emotional needs of our patients and their families, our palliative care professionals work in close consultation with the medical team. Our patients are relieved from pain and the side effects of treatments, helping them live actively for as long as possible. Palliative care offers a strong support system to care for the psychological and spiritual needs of our patients and their families. Our palliative care professionals also support patients and their families in end-of-life care planning. The transition of the care from hospital to home is eased and patients continue to receive the same level of care through house visits from our Palliative Home Care Team. We are Singapore's first private healthcare organisation to provide palliative are as part of our core services.
